Enjoy the mouth-watering delight.

Ingredients:

Shrimp 200gm
Dry coconut powder 40gm
Mustred oil 20 gm
Mustard seed 5 gm
Curry leaves 15 gm
Jeera white whole 5 gm
Coriander seed 5 gm
Cooking saunf gm 5
Haldi powder gm 10
Red chilly powder 15 gm
Chopped garlic 50 gm


Procedure:

Peel wash and pat dry the shrimp.
Brown the garlic and keep aside.
Heat oil add all ingredients and sauté for few seconds, then add shrimps and toss it then sprinkle brown garlic.
Remove from fire and serve when it comes to room temperature.
