They make excellent starters. They are soft, yummy and easy to make. Try out this simple recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup Wheat Flour
½ cup White Butter
½ cup Soft Processed Cheese
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Chilly Flakes
1 tsp Baking Powder
Procedure: Sift together flour and baking powder. Add butter, cheese, salt, pepper, chilli and knead well. Form small round balls and bake in a preheated oven till done. Serve hot with spicy chutney or sauce.
