Ingredients: 300 gms peas
½ cup almonds paste
2 tsp fried almonds
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
4 tsp onion paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chopped green chilly
½ cup coconut milk
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
3 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
Procedure
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin, green chillies and allow spluttering. Fry onions, ginger, garlic and almond paste till they become golden brown. Add peas, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and add coconut milk. Cover and cook for a while. When the peas become soft remove from fire and serve hot.
