Ingredients:
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded cauliflower
1 c mashed potato
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 1/2 c gram flour
1 t asafetida
1 t tumeric powder
1 t salt
1 t roasted cumin powder
1 t roasted coriander powder
1 t paprika powder
oil for frying
Procedure: In a large mixing bowl place all the ingredients for the Koftas and mix into a coarse dough -using vegetable stock as needed.
Divide into small balls and deep fry using hot ghee.
Stir them as you fry so as to cook evenly.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess ghee.
Add to prepared yogurt sauce. To make the sauce, blend yogurt with mint and salt.
