Ingredients-
-4 medium beets
-340 g carrots
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-black pepper
Procedure-
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees
-Add chopped beets and carrots into a bowl and mix it with olive oil.
-Spread out the mixture in a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender
-Sprinkle lemon juice and ground pepper
