Stuffed paneer roulade with pine-apple salsa

Try out this tempting cottage cheese recipe.

Ingredients:

100g Thinly Sliced cottage cheese,
1/4cup chopped tinned pine-apple,
1tomato chopped finely
1/4cup bread powder,
salt and black pepper to taste,
1/2tsp oregano,
oil for frying

To garnish-

1/4cup finely chopped spinach,
1tomato chopped,
1/4pineapple chopped,
1onion sliced,
1tsp olive oil,
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Mix chopped tinned pine-apple, tomato chopped finely, salt pepper and oregano. Stuff in each thin slices of paneer and roll. Coat each roll with bread powder and fry in hot oil. Cut into two parts.

In one tsp oil sauté finely chopped spinach and onion for 2 minutes. Mixwith remaining garnish ingredients.

Decorate the platter with it. Keep the paneer rolls in the center and serve immediately.
