Sweet corn, spring onion in chilly oil

Want a quickie breakfast? Try out our easy to make and healthy sweet corn recipe.


Ingredients:

1 cup sweet corn
¼ cups chopped spring onions
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chilly flakes
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add corn, spring onions, salt and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and cook uncovered for ten minutes. Serve hot as breakfast or snack.
