Vrat: Finger Chips

Try out this crispy finger chips on the days of your fasts.

Ingredients:

5 Potatoes
Oil for frying
Rock salt to taste

Procedure:

Cut potato into thin long strips.
Wash then and then make them dry completely.
Mix rock salt as required.
Deep fry potato strips in heated oil till it turns pink.
Serve hot.
