Mumbai: Popular rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh, who will soon be seen in a new singing reality TV show "India`s Raw Star", fell down and hurt himself while shooting for its first episode, said a source.
"When Honey Singh was shooting for the last bit of the first episode, an unforeseen incident happened with him. He slipped and fell down," said a source close to the show`s production house.
"He faced minor bruises but his spirit was undeterred. He immediately got up and to everyone`s surprise, created no fuss and agreed to re-shoot," the source added.
On "India`s Raw Star", Honey Singh will be seen as a friend, mentor and guide to the contestants.
The show, where singers from across India will battle it out to bag India`s Raw Star title, will be hosted by model-actress Gauahar Khan.
It will go on air on a popular entertainment channel on Sunday.
