New York: Bosses of the US talent show ` The Voice` refused to get Jennifer Lopez onboard as a guest star, despite the fact that the singer made the offer herself.
A source told the New York Post that the mum-of-two made a formal offer to be on the NBC show for its season finale, but the show bosses declined.
An NBC spokesperson revealed to the publication that that the ` On The Floor ` hit maker offered to be on the finale, but couldn`t make the cut due to scheduling issues.
The rep added that the producers love Lopez and tried to make it work, but due to the show`s format it just didn`t allow for another solo performance.
