Los Angeles: Director Richard Curtis says that his upcoming film `About Time` will be the last film helmed by him.
"About Time" is a romantic comedy science fiction film that revolves around time travel where a young man tries to change his past to have a better future.
"It`s certainly my intention that `About Time` will be the last film I direct," Curtis said in a statement.
Further explaining the reason behind his decision, he said: "In a way, I`m trying to pay attention to the message of the movie - to look at your life and to think `How can I enjoy it without stress and worry?` And I do find making movies a long and stressful process."
The 56-year-old has given some great stories like `Notting Hill`, `Four Weddings and a Funeral` and `Love Actually`.
`About Time`, featuring Domhnall Gleeson and Rachel McAdams, will release in India Oct 11.
