London: Halle Berry has signed up for her first ever TV appearance on the upcoming series, `Extant`, produced by Steven Spielberg.
The 66-year-old director said that they are incredibly honoured that the `Monster`s Ball` star chose to star in `Extant` to expand her illustrious career, the Daily Star reported.
Berry will be playing the role of an astronaut who experiences difficulty in re-connecting with her husband and son, after coming back from a year-long solo space mission.
