Shruti Haasan great dancer, singer: Sreenu Vaitla

Chennai: Actress Shruti Haasan has sung an item number for upcoming Telugu actioner `Aagadu` and she will be seen grooving to it as well. The film`s director Sreenu Vaitla is in awe of her dancing and singing skills.

"Shooting a special song today with the very special and multi talented Sruthi Hassan (sic). Not only a great dancer but also a superb singer. Thank you for singing for this special song," Vaitla posted on his Twitter page Saturday.

`Aagadu` marks the second collaboration between Vaitla and Mahesh Babu after the commercially successful `Dookudu`.

Tamannaah Bhatia plays Mahesh`s lead in the film, which also features Sonu Sood, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmaji and Brahmanadam in important roles. The film is slated for release Sep 19.
