London: British singer Cheryl Cole has shot down reports suggesting boyfriend Tre Holloway is preparing to propose to her.
She has been dating her back-up dancer since last year and it was reported Sunday that Holloway had asked Cole`s father for his blessing to marry her, reports contactmusic.com.
Cheryl took to Twitter to deny claims.
"Ok... That`s enough silliness now from the media!! I am not, nor am I getting engaged or married! Stop it... It`s pretty pathetic and very corny!" she tweeted.
Cheryl was previously married to soccer ace Ashley Cole, but the marriage ended in 2010.
