London: Former glamour model Katie Price has revealed she was in a wretched emotional state after her separation from ex-husband Peter Andre.
The 35-year-old model, who separated from the singer in 2009 after being together for around three and half years, said she took a lot of time to get over that phase, reported Contactmusic.
"The only issue I`ve had was when me and Pete split. That`s the only time I`ve cared... It`s taken ages (to get over it) because emotionally I was destroyed," Price said.
"Looking back, I don`t know how I survived. I was slaughtered. Before that it was all a bit tongue-in-cheek and `whatever`. It wasn`t always nice, but when I was with Pete I was with his management (Claire Powell`s Can Associates) as well and I thought they were my friends," she added.
Price is currently married to Kieran Hayler.
