Brian Jones
Rolling Stones founder and guitarist plus multi-instrumentalist Brian Jones died on July 3, 1969. He was an immaculate musician who contributed to the world of music in an immense way. Brian died by drowning in a swimming pool. His Swedish girlfriend, Anna Wohlin, was convinced he was alive when they took him out, insisting he still had a pulse. However, by the time the doctors arrived, he was pronounced dead. The autopsy reports stated his liver and heart were heavily enlarged by drug and alcohol abuse. Jones was all of 27 at the time of death.
