Made especially during winters when there is an abundance of green peas, this forms a great breakfast item.
Ingredients: 1 cup shelled green peas
½ cup chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 chopped green chilli
2-3 tsp oil
1 chopped tomato
Procedure: Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and cook till they become golden brown. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, tomato and all other ingredients. Cover and cook till the peas become soft. Serve hot.
