Aloo pancake is delicious and makes up for a heavy breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:Grate the boiled potatoes. Heat a tawa. Now spread the grated potatoe on the tawa and roll it with a ladle in order to make it spread into a thin sheet.
Now add butter and cook until both the sides turn golden brown.
Add salt and pepper according to taste. Serve hot.
