Ingredients
1 cup Water
¼ cup Apple Juice
1 Apple (cored and chopped)
2/3 cup Rolled Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
1 cup Milk
MethodBoil water, along with apple juice and apples in a saucepan over high heat.
Bring to a boil and add rolled oats and cinnamon.
Mix well and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for about 3 minutes, until mixture thickens.
Transfer into serving bowls and pour milk equally into each bowl.
Serve warm.
