Recipe: Burnt Corn Salad

Ingredients:
Chilli Powder, 2 pinches
White Onion (sliced), 1
Capsicum (sliced), 1
Tomato (sliced), 1
Sweet Corn Cob, 1
Salt, a pinch

Procedure:
Roast the corn cob slightly over an open flame.
Using a knife, remove the corn kernels from the cob and place it aside.
In a bowl, mix capsicum, tomato, corn kernels, chilli powder and salt.
Spoon the mixed stuff and the Burnt Corn Salad is ready to be served.
