Healthy, tasty and easy to prepare, this salad leaves you asking for more!
Ingredients:1/4 Cup olive oil
1 Small garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Wine vinegar
1 tsp Ground oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Lettuce
1 Watercress
1/2 Cup Endives
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Keep in a warm place for about an hour.
Mix again before serving.
The Lettuce Salad is ready to be served!
