1 can of Cream of Coconut
1 cup Milk
1-1/2 cups sweetened, flaked Coconut (optional)
1-1/2 cups Heavy Cream
How to make Coconut Ice-CreamFirst, combine the cream of coconut and milk in the container of a food processor or a blender.
Mix the contents thoroughly and stir in the cream and flaked coconut.
Then after, pour the above ingredients into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the container manufacturer`s instructions.
