Recipe: Cucumber-Mint Raita

Usher in the summers with this cool raita!

Ingredients:

Cucumber, about 350 gm, finely diced
Dried mint, 2 teaspoon
Natural Low Fat Yoghurt, 150ml

Procedure:

Mix the cucumber and mint. Set the mixture aside for about ten minutes.
Mix the yoghurt into the cucumber and mint mixture, and stir till smooth.
The cool, low fat, delicious Cucumber Mint Raita is ready to be served!
