For those who have a sweet tooth and yet are calorie conscious, here is a lip smacking dessert recipe.
Ingredients½ cup sliced bananas
½ cup sliced mangoes
2 tsp crushed strawberry
1 tsp honey
2 tsp fresh cream
1 tsp roughly ground cashew
1 scoop low fat ice cream
1 tsp resins
Procedure:
Mix together all above-mentioned ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled. You can add more ice cream and cream if you do not care for the calories.
