Recipe: Passover Rolls

A favourite of children, try out this simple, easy to make roll recipe.

Ingredients:

11/2 cup water
1 cup oil
2 cups matzo meal
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
6 eggs

Procedure:

Bring water and oil to a boil.
Let stand 12 minutes.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in eggs, one at a time, and beating well after each addition.
Shape dough into rolls with oiled hands.
Arrange rolls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
