Ingredients3 large potatoes, grated
1 onion, grated
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
½ cup oil
Procedure: Squeeze out excess water from potatoes and onions. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat oil. Drop about 2 tbsp mixture into oil. Flatten with spatula and fry about 4 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels. Stir mixture before frying each new batch. Serve hot with sour cream.
