Ingredients
We need 1 cup of frozen whole Strawberries
1 ripe Banana
1 cup of low-fat milk
Sugar substitute
And ½ tsp of Vanilla
MethodStart with putting all the ingredients in a blender.
After blending it well, pour the thick shake into a glass vessel and refrigerate until chilled.
Your drink is ready to served chilled.
