Relish the mouth-watering shakarkandi ki chaat.
Ingredients:1/2 kg shakarkandi-boiled, peeled, cubed
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds-roasted and powdered
1 tsp rock salt
lemon juice-to taste
2-3 green chillies-finely chopped
Coriander leaves-chopped, to garnish
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients together, adjusting spices according to taste and serve.
