Vrat: Dry Black Chane/ Sukhe Chane

Try out this savoury recipe during festivals.

Ingredients:

Black Chane/ chickpeas - 2 Cups
Sendha Namak/ Salt - To Taste
Oil - 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

Soak Chane at night in water.
Wash and boil them in the morning.
Heat oil.
Add salt and red chili powder and boiled chane.
Mix well.
Cook till they are soft.
Serve warm.
