Kulfi can be called the Indian summer sweet. Among all kulfis, Mutka Kulfi is the most popular in India. It comes in various flavours, including cream (malai), raspberry, rose mango, cardamom, saffron and variations like apple, orange, strawberry, peanuts and avocado. Due to its density, matka kulfi takes longer time to melt. The name `Matka` was given because it is served in an earthenware pot called matka.
