Diabetes Day: Low Fat Salad

Try out this healthy, easy to make salad recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Cucumber.

1/2 Cup strained fat-free yogurt.

1/4 Cup fresh mint, finely chopped.

1/2 tsp red chilli powder.

Rock Salt to taste.

1 tsp roasted cumin powder.

Procedure:

Grate cucumber.

Mix curd and mint together in a bowl.

Add cucumber and toss.

Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Mix chilli powder, cumin and salt.

Serve.
