Ingredients
We need 4 large chopped tomatoes
1 small cucumber
2 chopped green bell peppers
1 chopped Spanish onion
1/2 cup of olive oil
24 black olives
1 cup of feta cheese
24 quartered mushrooms
2 tbsps of white wine vinegar
2 tbsps of lemon juice
1 tbsp of oregano leaves
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of salt
MethodStart with mixing the all the vegetables, olives and cheese together.
Then blend the rest of the ingredients in another bowl.
Pour this mixture over the salad and toss to coat.
Greek Salad is ready to serve.
