Navratri special: Sabudana Khichdi

Enjoy this easy to make sabudana khichdi this Navratri.

Ingredients:

Sabudana 1 cup

Groundnuts 1/2 cup

Potatoes 2 medium sized

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Green chillies 2 according to taste

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves


Procedure:

Soak sabudana in water and add salt to it. Soak it till the water is fully absorbed.

Meanwhile, dry roast the groundnuts and grind it to a coarse powder.

Take a kadhai, add 2-3 tsp of oil. Add potatos, cumin seeds, green chillies and fry till the potatoes become golden brown.

Add soaked sabudana, groundnut powder and mix the batter for about 2- 3 minutes on low flame.

Garnish the sabudana khichdi with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with sweet yogurt.
