Apple Walnut Salad is a nutritious recipe.
Ingredients
• 2 cups Apple (red, diced)
• 1/3 cup Walnuts (chopped)
• 1 cup Celery (diced)
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise dressing
• 1 tsp Honey
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
Method• Mix apple, celery, walnuts, honey, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
• Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
• Serve chilled.
