This healthy salad can be prepared and taken in installments for the whole day whenever one is hungry, without caring a bit about the calorie count.
Ingredients: 1 medium apple finely chopped
2 tsp chopped onion
2 tsp sprouted peanuts
4 tsp mixed sprouts
Black salt to taste
2 tsp fresh cream
2 tsp roasted nuts
1 tsp black pepper powder
Procedure:
Take a large bowl. Mix together all the ingredients except salt and roasted nuts. There must be added immediately before serving the salad.
