Build good health with a glass of badam milk every day.
Ingredients:
5-6 roasted badam
2-3 strands of saffron
2-3 tsp sugar
1 glass milk
Procedure:Grind the almonds in a mixer into a coarse powder. Now boil a glass of milk, add the powdered almond and sugar. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the saffron strands.
Badam milk is ready.
