Ingredients2 medium sized cucumbers
2 teaspoons salt
2 pints natural yogurt
Chopped fresh mint
Freshly ground black pepper
Procedure:Peel the skin of fresh young cucumbers and grate them. Mix with the yogurt and add the salt, pepper, and mint. Serve.
