De-stress with a cup of masala chai.
Ingredients:
¾ cup of water
½ tsp tea powder
2 tsp sugar
1 elaichi
1 laung
A pinch of saunf powder
A tiny piece of ginger
Milk
Procedure:Heat the water in a tea pan and add sugar and tea powder. Then add elaichi, laung, saunf powder and crushed ginger. Bring it to a boil. When the tea powder starts leaving its colour, add milk.
Turn off the gas and transfer the tea to a cup.
Drink hot.
