Recipe: Masaledar Gawar ki sabzi

Easy to make gawar ki sabzi is healthy and tastes yummy.

Ingredients:

300 gms gawar ki phalli
1 tsp jeera seeds
1 large Onion, finely chopped
½ tsp haldi
½ tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp roasted and coarsely ground peanuts
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Oil
Water as required
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Cut gawar ki phallis into 1 inch pieces.
Now, heat some oil in a kadhai and add 1 tablespoon oil and the cut vegetable.
Fry until the vegetable starts to cook.
Then in another pan, add some jeera, chopped onions and garlic. The added the masalas and fry until the onions turn transparent. Add the cooked gawar ki phalli into this masala mixture and then add the coarsely ground roasted peanuts.
Mix well and serve with rotis.
