Recipe: Plum Juice

Celebrate monsoon with a refreshing glass of plum juice.

Ingredients:

• 500 gms Fresh Plums
• 1 cup Rose Syrup
• 1 tsp Black Pepper (grounded)
• 3 cup Water
• 1 tsp Cumin Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• Ice Cubes as required

Procedure:

Put fresh plums in water and boil for about 3 minutes.
Cool it and remove pits by hand.
Strain the plums in a blender.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Plum Juice is ready.
Serve it chilled with ice.
