The smoothie is perfect for scorching summer season.
Ingredients
2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
1 cup cracked ice
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
InstructionsIn a blender container, combine the watermelon, ice, yogurt, sugar, ginger and almond extract.
Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses.
Serves 2.
